Our History

After many years of experience, founder Edwin Dziuk, along with his brother Clarence, decided to make their own mark in the industry. In 1968, they opened their first meat market in Poth, Texas. The brothers whose parents were from Poland featured their famous Polish sausage, which proved to be very popular. Later in 1970, the third brother Joe Dziuk joined the family business.

Expansion

On June 1, 1975, Edwin's son Marvin Dziuk extended the family business by opening another market in Castroville, TX. The rest is history. For over 30 years now, Dziuk's Meat Market has been proudly serving customers their quality fresh cuts and famous dried meats. For many, it's customary to stop in and pick something up on their way home or to the hunting lease.

Wild Game Processing

In addition to our quality fresh cuts, wild game processing has become a major part of our business. We process several thousand deer each season. Each venison order is processed independently and separately, meaning you get exactly what you brought in. With our attention to detail and desire to meet your every request, we are sure our quality products will satisfy your needs.

Monday thru Saturday 8:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
